Maple Ridge is an established southeast neighbourhood bordered by Southland Drive, Deerfoot Trail, Anderson Road and Willow Park. Its location makes it easy to travel throughout the city, while the residential streets feel noticeably removed from the busier roads surrounding it.

The community was developed primarily during the 1960s and 1970s. Most properties are detached homes, with a mix of bungalows, split-levels and two-storeys. Some retain their original character, while others have been extensively renovated.

A DISTINCTIVE SETTING

The Maple Ridge Golf Course wraps around the south and east sides of the neighbourhood. It is a public 18-hole City of Calgary course and gives parts of the community an openness that is difficult to find in many established Calgary neighbourhoods.

Even for residents who do not golf, the mature landscaping, green space and quieter streets contribute to the overall feel of the area.

EVERYDAY CONVENIENCE

Maple Ridge is close to Southcentre Mall, Willow Park Village, Macleod Trail and Deerfoot Meadows. The Bow River pathway system, Fish Creek Provincial Park and several recreation facilities are also within easy reach.

Maple Ridge School is located within the community and currently offers Kindergarten through Grade 4, including a Science Alternative Program. School designations can change and should always be confirmed directly with the appropriate school board using the specific property address.
